My background is a bit of a tapestry. For 25 years, I’ve been quietly learning the ways our bodies heal - through the food we eat, the way we breathe, and the energy we carry. Whether it was my early days offering Indian Head massage or my years spent studying Nutritional Medicine, the "why" has always been the same -
I just want people feel better.
I’ve had my own share of bumps in the road. I’ve felt the frustration of being undervalued and the stress of life’s restructures.
Those moments didn't just teach me resilience; they accessed my deep empathy. They made me a safer, kinder person for you to talk to.
